The spring so far in Winnipeg, Manitoba has been cool, almost cold, with unending strong winds and rain. The weather crystal ball gazers are finally predicting sunny skies and warmer temps.

The weather forecasters were predicting an armageddon blizzard. Crunch the city and bring it to its knees. Didn’t turn out that bad. 35 centimetres of snow (13.5 inches). A fair amount, but not the 60 centimetres they thought would land.
