University of Winnipeg Indigenous Studies Courses 

Aside Markosun Native Americans

The University of Winnipeg may introduce mandatory Indigenous Studies courses for all students. Controversial to say the least.  But the U of W considers itself to be a progressive and left leaning institution, and this fits right in with that profile.  However, university is hard enough, and forcing students to take courses they don’t need could be regarded as presumptuous.  Have to wait and see how it pans out.
