These are photos taken from my balcony in downtown Winnipeg of the St. Boniface Hospital cross. The hospital complex is roughly 2 kilometers away across the Red River.

My dear old Dad had heart surgery at St. Boniface hospital 5 years ago. When he came to he looked out the window and the first thing he saw was that huge cross.  He wasn’t sure if he made it or not.
