A big snow-pack this year is going to cause flooding on the two major rivers of Winnipeg, the Assiniboine and Red rivers. If rain kicks in early, get out the sandbags. Rain is predicted for tomorrow and the dreaded Colorado Low is suppose to hit the city on Tuesday.
