Some of the toughest construction workers in the world are in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The temperature ranges stretch from +35 C (90 F) to -35 C (-30 F). These guys keep at it no matter what. Today in Peg City it was a balmy -3 C. These guys looked happy as they worked on the True North Square tower complex.
